- - It was a birthday gift; the return window is 90 days; please send the missing piece.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The item purchased had two of the same pieces, so could not put toy together.
I emailed, they responded to all emails and I just received the replacement part couple days ago. So about a 2week turn around.I thought maybe they would have offered a giftcard or something, but at least we got the part.
I have not heard from or talked to anyone about a item purchased that upon putting together we have a wrong price, can't finish it. Was a birthday gift, I can't return after 90 store policy. I am just asking for the peicee I need to be sent please.

I would like a new one it was 75 bucks for something honestly could get at the dollar store.
